Chicago based riff masters Chevelle recently dropped a new music video for their latest single, "Rabbit Hole (Cowards, Pt 1)" that was previously released on March 25th. The monochrome, high quality video depicts singer and guitar player Pete Loeffler singing on the shore near the ocean, and eventually having his throat slit by his own brother and bandmate Sam in a haunting, ritualistic fashion. There can be a lot of through lines between the imagery in the video and the assumed content of the lyrics of "Rabbit Hole," which the Nu Metal Agenda dove into in late March.
We'll leave the definitive connections up to the viewer and (possibly?) part 2 if and when it's released for Chevelle's next album roll out.
Chevelle is slated to hit the road for a headlining tour with support from Asking Alexandria and Dead Poet Society. Their festival circuit dates and headlining dates can be seen in full below.
