EA's top sports franchise is set for its annual release on August 14, and with just a week out, nu metal legacy acts from Linkin Park and 311 have been slowly announcing their inclusion for this year's top-heavy soundtrack.
The MADDEN franchise is no stranger to banger soundtracks, or even its inclusion of nu metal acts in their selections. Icons such as Korn, Sevendust, and P.O.D. have made their mark on the sports video game titan going a far back as 2003, and with MADDEN's thirty-plus year history and everlasting popularity, it's heartwarming to see the genre still getting the massive exposure it so deserves.
The soundtrack also includes rap icon from Kendrick Lamar to even some unexpected inclusions for a sports game like Chappell Roan and Luke Combs, making this one of the most diverse soundtracks in franchise history.
