After three years, Seahaven, the long-running group from California, drop an energetic new track “Long Goodbye“ to much acclaim.
The track comes just a week and half before the band embarks on a much anticipated US tour to support their fifteen-year anniversary of their stellar album Winter Forever. Just from listening to the new song alone, it is the much-needed spark that will kick the tour off in the best way possible.
The track is much faster and louder than what Seahaven is famous for, but as an avid listener of the band for the past fifteen or so years, I always felt Seahaven's much heavier tracks are always the much bigger standouts amidst a catalogue of very slow, mellow but emotionally powerful songs. Lead singer and songwriter Kyle Soto brings his signature flair to a track that is sure to get any crowd moving.
