The Japanese band have been making their unique mark in the scene with their surreal blend of metalcore and J-pop, making them a must-watch. And that’s what exactly the crowd at Summer Breeze Open Air did this past August.
Ripping through a packed setlist, Hanabie. proved they were here to stay at the famed German metal festival, just like they did at the 2024 iteration of Lollapalooza. While their batch of recent singles make it unclear whether a new album is in the works after 2023’s Reborn Superstar, their appearances at Summer Breeze and other festivals make their rising stardom clear as day.
