Jacksepticeye Admits To Being Rusty On Drums, Plays THAT Opening To "Blind"

The Irish YouTube sensation might be getting back to his drumming origins.

Before making his bones with games like Happy Wheels and Skate 3, Jacksepticeye, real name Sean McLoughlin, had a love of heavy metal fostered by his older brother. He even spent time in a metalcore band called Raised to the Ground in his youth. Over time, he's posted a couple of drum playthrough videos to his YouTube channel, which boasts over 31 million subscribers at time of publication, including Avenged Sevenfold's "Unholy Confessions" and System of a Down's "Chop Suey!"

In a recent Instagram reel, Jack plays around on the drums some, rattling off some rudiments and riffs, including the iconic ride cymbal/bell opening to Korn's "Blind." His double kick skills are still there, as it turns out, rusty though he may profess to be.

Jacksepticeye was part of an announcement at Sony's CinemaCon presentation this week, where he indicated his involvement in an animated Bloodborne feature film which is currently in development. YouTube personality, philanthropist, Thankmas creator, Top of the Mornin' Coffee entrepreneur, film director, metal drummer... Jesus wept, what can't this guy do?

And with his nod to Korn in that reel, perhaps he too would be clamoring for a return of the Family Values Tour, as James "Munky" Shaffer has called for?
