Everything might be on fire, but damn if we’re not speeding towards oblivion while laughing our collective asses off.

On the info-tainment series Have I Got News for You, host Roy Wood Jr. and a rotating selection of panelists boast, toast, and/or roast the latest goings-on in the world, and given Wood Jr’s history from The Daily Show, he is more than qualified.

In a recent episode, the panel, consisting of Wood Jr, Amber Ruffin, and Michael Ian Black, along with guest panelists Alex Edelman and Laurie Kilmartin play a game of which is more expensive. They guess between a luxury strawberry sold at swanky LA grocery chain Erewhon or Kid Rock tickets for an upcoming gig in Louisville, KY. Bewilderingly, Black knows the exact price of the strawberry as $19, or what a dozen eggs will likely go for in about a week’s time.

The panel concedes that the Kid Rock tickets are likely cheaper, and it turns out they are correct, as the tickets to see the “Lowlife” singer are going for $12 in section 313 of the KFC Yum! Center. Is this an apples and oranges situation? No, it’s a strawberries and xenophobia situation, but hey, at least no Bud Light cans were harmed in the process.
