Today not only marks the release of Linkin Park's From Zero: Deluxe Edition, but earlier this week, one more signature song has managed to crack the one billion stream mark on Spotify. “Faint,” from the band's 2003 album Meteora, has now been enshrined in the Spotify Billions Club.
This now puts the band on par with Queen, with each iconic band boasting six billion-strong songs in the club.
For what it's worth, “One Step Closer” from the band's debut Hybrid Theory sits at around 957 million streams as of this publication, meaning it could conceivably crack the one billion threshold within the year. Especially if we have something to say about it.
