Deadsy frontman Elijah Blue Allman (aka P. Exeter Blue I) was arrested Friday evening after allegedly causing a disturbance in the dining hall of St. Paul's, a private New Hampshire high school. It's unclear what Allman was even doing on the premises as he has no known connection to the school. Allman was charged with two counts of simple assault, criminal trespass and criminal threatening. He was also charged with a violation of disorderly conduct, which is technically illegal in the state though not considered a crime. According to police, Allman was processed and released Monday on personal recognizance bail and order to appear for arraignment in Concord District Court on April 20th on bail, as his case works through the court system.

Allman, 49, born Elijah Sky Blue Allman to singer-actress Cher and the late singer-songwriter Gregg Allman (The Allman Brothers Band), rose to prominence in the early 2000s with his band Deadsy and their breakout single "The Keys to Gramercy Park." This is not the first incident to involve Allman in recent years. On June 14th, 2025, Allman was rushed to a Southern California hospital following an overdose. In 2024, Allman settled a conservatorship dispute with his mother, Cher, who previously filed a petition to withhold his annual $120,000 trust citing both his substance abuse and struggles with mental health.

On the positive side of things, 2024 also saw Allman release "(study for a portrait of) Napolean In Rags," Deadsy's first new music since 2006. Though first announced back in 2020, the band's next album, Subterfuge, has yet to be released.

Police investigation into Friday's events remains ongoing.
