Falling in Reverse While Also on Fire

There's a saying that goes "any press is good press", and sure, that can be the case... for a while. When you're consistently making headlines for doing or saying something stupid, it tends to get incredibly old pretty fast.

Alright, who set it to "Hot"?

Falling in Reverse had one hell of a time at the 2024 Sonic Temple Art & Music fest on Friday where their pyrotechnics backfired on them multiple times during their set. The band would later take to social media to apologize for the mishaps while tending to their wounds.

Perhaps this was an act of instant karma for the tomfoolery pulled by vocalist Ronnie Radke. Throughout the day, the resident tool took to X to send multiple tweets egging Sanguisugabogg frontman Devin Swank on like a child starving for the attention he never received at home. This followed their online quarrel a few months back where everybody dogged MGK for his razorblade guitar design. Radke got offended on his behalf and got into a tweet war with members of Stabbed, Sanguisugabogg and a few others. After a day or two of constant back and forth (and an incredibly corny post from Radke’s latest lapdog Alex Terrible), the Bogg eventually moved on from the drama, but leave it to Radke to stoke the flames further and act like he's the winner.

There's a saying that goes "any press is good press", and sure, that can be the case... for a while. When you're consistently making headlines for doing or saying something stupid, it tends to get incredibly old pretty fast. One could argue that Falling in Reverse is in pole position to do so considering their long and fairly successful career. The man could practically collab with Andrew Tate and come out unscathed. Yet, while the fans might love Radke’s childish "clapbacks", and parade him around with the same delusion that has Barbz thinking Nicki Minaj was able to get her lick back against Megan Thee Stallion, the rest of us that aren't so easily entertained will call it what it is: cringeworthy.

You can catch Sanguisugabogg on tour with Lorna Shore, Whitechapel and Kublai Khan TX in a city near you this fall. If you’re thinking of catching FIR in the near future, wear something non-flammable.
