Mikey Rukus Begins Work On Second Solo Album

It will be the follow-up to 2021's 'Bring The Rukus.'

In a new post on his socials on Monday (May 18th), AEW Music's Mikey Rukus indicated that he may be working on the follow-up to his 2021 solo album Bring The Rukus.

Rukus teased:

Woke up this morning with a flood of inspiration for writing my own solo material, a follow-up to Bring The Rukus... first time in 5 years.

First line that was there when I woke up:

I LOOK FORWARD TO THE DAY I'M REUNITED WITH THE ENERGY I GAVE THE UNIVERSE

Bring The Rukus released on January 15, 2021 via eOne and included "Ghost Town," the theme used by Matt Hardy in his AEW run. Some of his collaborators included Zardonic, Tommy Roulette, Doe The Paperboy, and Tristan McIntosh.

Rukus teased a new solo album in our interview with him ahead of AEW's Revolution pay-per-view, but with this statement today, the ball may already be rolling.
