This past weekend saw the supershow Forbidden Door, with wrestlers from All Elite Wrestling, CMLL, New Japan Pro-Wrestling, and STARDOM taking part in a star-studded international event emanating from the O2 Arena in London, England. One of the biggest talking points of the night was Bozilla, the 21-year-old prodigy who took part in a four-way match for the AEW TBS Championship against defending champion Mercedes Mone, CMLL's Persephone, and AEW's Alex Windsor.

Turns out that the monstrous German has a connection to the nu world by way of her father. Bozilla is second-generation, being the daughter of Ulf Herman. Herman may best be known as a member of ECW's Full Blooded Italians in 1998 and 1999, as well as a key figure in his native land's Catch Wrestling Association. Herman was also a bodyguard for several major musical acts, including Slipknot and Rammstein.

"The Blue Meanie" Brian Heffron recounts his experiences with Herman on his Mind of the Meanie podcast in an episode from 2022:

He talks about how over the song "Du hast" was at that time, before Herman would go on to "smarten [them] up on what the song was about." Heffron goes on to further talk Herman up, including a Halloween parade moment that saw him channel his inner rock star.

In any case, Bozilla stood out in the TBS Championship match, and given her father's reputation and her relative youth, there may be nowhere to go but up for the Hanover native.
