Vimic's reunion show is just over two months away, as the surviving members of Joey Jordison's supergroup will take to the Teragram Ballroom to honor the late drummer. We now know who will step behind the kit for the charity gig, as Ash Pearson (3 Inches of Blood, Revocation, and Zimmers Hole) and Luana Dametto (Crypta) have been announced as the drummers for the event.
The band had this to say about the show, according to BLABBERMOUTH.net:
"We're bringing the heat for our album release show — and it doesn’t get heavier than this. Joining us behind the kit as the main drummer is none other than Ash Pearson — the beast behind the drums for 3 INCHES OF BLOOD, REVOCATION, and ZIMMERS HOLE. Ash brings the kind of intensity that levels stages — and we're stoked to have him bring it to VIMIC for this special night. Don't miss it. This one's going to be brutal."
The one-time show will raise money for the Joey Jordison Charitable Fund, which has the mission of putting instruments into the hands of children in the late musician's native Iowa. Wednesday 13 has been announced as one of the acts joining Vimic, with more to come.
