Slipknot Prepares to Say 'Fuck It All,' Sell Music Catalogue for a Cool Nine-Figures

According to Billboard Slipknot is looking into selling their royalties to HarbourView Equity Partners for 120 million. That's... I mean that's a lot of money even if the last thing I want private equity to ruin is Slipknot. Billboard estimates Slipknot's publishing catalog generates "$5.2 million in publishing royalties" which means I don't know how HarbourView would make back their investment and I don't really care either as long as they don't start trying to sell us their songs as NFTs or something. You can check out the Billboard article for a more detailed breakdown. Meanwhile I'm going to hit up Ross Robinson and see if he's in need of a good lawyer, I'm a quick learner.
