After almost half a decade, and countless EPs and singles, Toronto's own Softcult is set to release their long awaited debut album “When a Flower Doesn't grow“ on January 30th, 2026, with new single ”16/25” following the announcement.
Comprised by twins Phoenix and Mercedes Arn-Horn, Softcult has been the epitome of creative control, strictly releasing new music in a way that has tremendously showcased their catalog to a neverending wave of growing fans, and with a extensive touring cycle, their hard work ethic and over all dedication to art, has seen them open for nu metal Acts such as Incubus, as well as collaboration with Split Chain last year.
“16/25” proves to be a another Softcult classic with raw emotion being present from Start to finish, with a drum intro that shakes the listener awake to experience the strong vocal melodies that follow. 2026 is shaping up to be a another year of strong releases with Softcult's debut leading the helm.
