Now that this millennium is over a quarter century old, we can properly celebrate what has been dubbed by the internet to be "dad rock," which for better or worse encompasses a great deal of the nu world we love and hold dear. The Twisted Transitioner, Cleveland's transsexual rock star and nu metal enthusiast, is bringing the festivities back to the iconic No Class with Divorced Drag Rock 3 this spring.
On March 26th, the cast of Ryder Slowly, Marquis Gaylord, and Mary J. Walk will join host Twisted Transitioner, as will the winner of the ongoing Mx. Classless Act competition (hosted by the aforementioned Marquis Gaylord), which will be decided at the February 8th finale at No Class.
No Class is at 11213 Detroit Ave. in Cleveland, OH. The show has a $10 cover ($15 for those under 21 but at least 18), with doors at 8pm and the show beginning at 9pm. For those that still use Facebook, check out the event link here, and check out Twisted's announcement on Instagram below:
For the uninitiated, check out our interview with The Twisted Transitioner last year. He is keeping the faith of not just gender performance and live art, but also the nu world at large. On top of this run of shows, he opened for drag legend Sasha Colby this fall on her "Stripped II" tour, and has sunken his teeth into the scene in the best possible ways.
