Swedish nu-metalcore group Thrown just released "rehearsed," a caustic new track full of tempo change-ups, down-tuned guitars, and an ever-present sense of danger and rage. There is vitriol abound in just under two minutes of music, making for a new crashout anthem from the Swedes.

Thrown are gearing up for their first new release since their 2024 debut LP Excessive Guilt, available now through Arising Empire Records. They will also be making the rounds in Europe throughout the rest of 2026. Also on the docket are sojourns into the US for an October tour with Norma Jean, Boltcutter, and Half Me, as well as Furnace Fest. Those dates are as follows:
