Founded in 2026 as a partnership between In Bloom, Deep Love and Atlantic Records; Nu Metal Agenda Worldwide is dedicated to platforming the next generation of accessible heavy music by providing them with the resources they need to achieve their creative goals without compromise.

HOLIDAY KIRK - NMAWW

Holiday Kirk founded The Nu Metal Agenda in 2022 to celebrate the oft maligned scene's history while platforming the new wave of bands dedicated to bringing the genre into the future. Kirk's work has also helped restore the catalogues of Simon Says and American Head Charge, while The Something Beautiful Project helped rehouse American Head Charge vocalist Cameron Heacock in August 2026. Kirk is also the founder and CEO of the agenda, an events management company specializing in audience first experiences based in Los Angeles, CA.

JOHNNY MINARDI - IN BLOOM

Johnny Minardi has spent his career finding and developing culture defining artists at labels like Fueled By Ramen, Atlantic and Roadrunner Records. After joining Fueled By Ramen in the 2000s and later returning to lead the label while co-heading Roadrunner, he helped launch and build In Bloom, a new home for the next wave of alternative and heavy music.

CODY VERDECIAS - DEEP LOVE

Cody Verdecias has worked in A&R across music publishing, independent labels and more at Atlantic Records. His projects there have included such zeitgeist defining artists as Turnstile, 100 gecs and Fred again... In 2025, Verdecias established Deep Love Recordings as a joint venture with Atlantic Records, building a home for a new generation of alternative music and the communities forming around it.
