Last night on AEW Dynamite, the team of Ricochet and GOA (previously known as Gates of Agony) were re-christened as The Demand, complete with a brand-new entrance theme from composer and nu metal aficionado Mikey Rukus. "Commodity" is a swaggering symphonic number with chugging guitars, electronic percussion, and a grand feel for a confident trio.
In other words, it's nu metal with some orchestral elements, and it works.
While GOA were unsuccessful in last night's quest to lift the AEW World Tag Team Championships from Brodido, their entrance and performance made them look even more like stars, as Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona continue to showcase their power on their way through the rest of the AEW roster.
