Electric Callboy are on the road to their new album TANZNEID, dropping August 7th, and just days after the announcement of said release, the jungs have released a song to be featured on it. "Hypercharged" is a bouncy anthem that features on the soundtrack for Brawl Stars, a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game developed by Supercell.
As expected, the song is a mix of metal and electronic music, never lacking in energy or groove. It's in their wheelhouse, but much like "Revery" from last year, there's a certain ethereal vibe that carries things along. The music video is batshit crazy, with a nod to a certain Jordan Peele that personally made me pause and belly laugh.
Brawl Stars is available on iOS and Android.
