Jinjer have begun their support for Trivium's North American tour this past week, and as a further mark on what has already been a standout year for the Ukranian band, bassist Eugene Abdukhanov has been endorsed by Mayones Guitars and Basses.
In welcoming Abdukhanov to the family, Mayones had the following to say:
Big news!
Please welcome Eugene Abdukhanov - the powerhouse bassist from Jinjer- to the Mayones family! His thunderous low end and signature groove are now fueled by Mayones basses.
Welcome, Eugene! Now, let’s make some noise!
To mark the occasion, Abdukhanov played through the Duél cut "Hedonist" on a Jabba Bassic V-Fret five-string bass in antique green. Aside from his extraordinary skill on bass, he also looks dapper as all get-out, if I may be so bold.
For the uninitiated, Architects bassist Ali Dean and Holding Absence bassist Benjamin Elliot are also known for playing the Jabba Bassic, according to Mayones' website.
