Alien Ant Farm Announces Return to the Studio for New Music

The announcement follows the release of their sixth studio album, mAntras~, which arrived in 2024 after nearly a decade without a full-length release. That record signaled a clear resurgence for the Riverside quartet, who have maintained steady momentum through new releases and announcements ever since.

More recently, the band signed with Judge and Jury Records, the label founded by multi-platinum producer Howard Benson and Neil Sanderson, founding member and drummer of Three Days Grace. As the first release under the new partnership, Alien Ant Farm dropped a reworked version of “Attitude,” originally from their album ANThology, now retitled “Bad Attitude.”

The updated track pushes the tempo faster and leans into a more punk- and hardcore-adjacent energy, while still retaining the band’s unmistakable personality. As a statement piece, the single suggests that a forthcoming seventh album could embrace a rawer sound, without losing the humor and thematic identity that have defined Alien Ant Farm since their formation in the mid-1990s.

For now, you can watch the official video for “Bad Attitude” below:

Alien Ant Farm are also currently on the road, with a run of tour dates scheduled throughout 2026, including festival appearances and headline shows across the United States and Europe.
