Biohazard Announces Return

This will mark the first album since 2012’s Reborn in Defiance.

With their 1992 album Urban Discipline, Biohazard brought hardcore punk, heavy metal, and hip-hop together, making for an album that has stood the test of time and helped give birth to nu metal as we know it now. Thirty years after this iconic record’s release, the original lineup, consisting of bassist/vocalist Evan Seinfeld, guitarist/vocalist Billy Graziadei, guitarist Bobby Hamdel, and drummer Danny Schuler, reformed after seven years of inactivity.

Since then, the radio has been mostly silent, save for appearances at Bloodstock Open Air, Dynamo Metal Fest, and headlining Milwaukee Metal Fest in 2023. Now, after twelve years without studio output, Graziadei posted to social media that the band was working on their new album:

This will mark the first album since 2012’s Reborn in Defiance. Since then, the band’s members have gone onto adult entertainment, reality television, and musical side projects aplenty, but now one of the prototypical nu metal acts is coming back, and if their history is any indication, they will absolutely hold their own.
