Yesterday, P.O.D. guitarist Marcos Curiel posted a clip of the band hard at work backstage to his Instagram, captioned:
Always writing on the road. Ideas come and go. Some make the cut, some never see the light of day. New album drops 2026. Let’s go 💪🏻 (traveling studio)
The footage shows the Grammy-nominated band warming up along with clips of Curiel at various stages working out a new track. After getting positive feedback from bassist Traa Daniels, Curiel describes the process succinctly: "Always writing on the road. New record. Hopefully next year." Their most recent album, Veritas, was released last year on Mascot Records, and their cover of The Beatles' "Don't Let Me Down" released at the end of September.
P.O.D. and Kami Kehoe are currently supporting co-headliners Seether and Daughtry on their North American tour.
