Thursday was a hell of a day, as The Callous Daoboys offered up their first glimpse of what will eventually be their fourth studio album. We say eventually because, according to frontman Carson Pace, there's only so much of the album written at this time.
To be specific, he's "only about 20% into writing LP4." In a tweet, Pace stated that the new song "Gigantic Parasitic Tongue" was:
"Not a one-off. I'm only about 20% into writing LP4, it's part of a really cool thing to hold you over until I'm at 100%."

If this is what Pace and the rest of the Daoboys can do at less than 100%, then we are in for it when the full album hits, and it is about to hit like a truck.
The Callous Daoboys are gearing up for an absolute gauntlet of tours this year, including dates with Enter Shikari, who the band explicitly named as an inspiration for the aforementioned new track.
