Nu-pop stars Cheem will be hitting the road this autumn, providing quintessential jams for the people with help from Battlemode and Calicuzns. The Tour Tour Revolution, as it is billed, is mostly an east coast run, starting on 13 September at Providence and ending on 15 October in Albany.
The journey takes them further west, however, with dates in Chicago, Milwaukee, and Akron among other destinations. The quintet is unbelievably versatile, with metal, hip-hop, math, dance, and pop influences running together like gazelles in fear of banality. The result, which we at the Agenda pretentiously label as nu-indie, is a ferocious and creative album that is bound to move audiences over and over again. Paired with Battlemode for September dates and Calicuzns for October, Tour Tour Revolution will be one to write home about.
