The wait is over! Corey Taylor has released “Beyond,” the explosive first single off the upcoming CMF2, out September 15. Taylor’s first solo work in nearly three years, CMF2 was officially unveiled back in January. Taylor debuted “Beyond” at a performance in Reading, PA earlier this month, officially announcing it as the first single off the upcoming record. The Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman revealed the release date and track listing via social media this morning. To support the new album, Corey Taylor will be embarking on a US Headlining tour with support from Wargasm, Oxymorrons, and Luna Aura on select dates, kicking off August 25 in Denver, and ending October 7 in Sacramento. Taylor will also be performing with Slipknot at festivals all over the world this summer, including a double billing at Blue Ridge Rock Festival in Alton, VA, with Slipknot headlining Friday, and Taylor’s solo project opening for Pantera on Sunday.
