Award season is coming up, and thus "For Your Consideration" advertising is making the rounds for various forms of media. In the case of Spiritbox, who have previously notched two Grammy nominations, their latest campaign has seen them take out billboard space and a website domain in a tongue-in-cheek bid for the statuette.
"Soft Spine" has been submitted for consideration for the upcoming Grammy Awards, and the aforementioned website is chuckle-inducing to say the least. The URL softspine.help takes users to WebSB, which links the music video for "Soft Spine," as well as the awards the band have submitted towards. In addition to Best Metal Performance for the song, the band have entered Tsunami Sea, released back in March, for Album of the Year and Best Recording Package.
The band's previous Best Metal Performance nominations are for "Cellar Door" and "Jaded," which are the first two tracks of their landmark EP The Fear of Fear, released in 2023.
