Sick New World makes its triumphant return for the first time since 2024 on Saturday, April 25th. The festival is making up for its absence in 2025 by providing fans with two opportunities to attend, one in Las Vegas and the second in Fort Worth, Texas, on Saturday, October 24th. The two dates share some of the same artists, such as System of a Down, Evanescence, Underoath, Ministry, Marilyn Manson, and Knocked Loose. However, some acts are playing exclusive to the Las Vegas show, such as Korn, Bring Me The Horizon, Danny Elfman, and Acid Bath.
Along with the schedule, the festival's official X/Twitter account announced that Better Lovers, Ego Kill Talent, KMFDM, and Scowl are no longer playing and that they have been replaced with Deafheaven, Showing Teeth, and Flatwounds instead.

Better Lovers, Ego Kill Talent, KMFDM, and Scowl are no longer able to join us. Please welcome Deafheaven, Showing Teeth, and Flatwounds to the 2026 Lineup! See you next weekend 🔥 pic.twitter.com/BjHLraYlkc
Notably, System of a Down and Korn will provide an ASL interpretation for their sets (more of this please!) With Evanescence playing right before Korn on the same stage, maybe there is a possibility that Amy Lee will join Korn to perform "Freak On A Leash" as a reprise of Korn's MTV Unplugged performance.
