Slipknot drummer Jay Weinberg has treated us to a suitably cryptic and Saw-esque video on his social media teasing a brand new mask design for the New Jersey native. The video shows flashes of a split and melted mouth, as though the previous design has been dissolved away to reveal a horrific maw sprouting rows of sharp teeth that reach up to his ears and deep hollow eye sockets.
It’s a truly off-putting sight that Austrian fans will be the first to witness in person, as Weinberg revealed that he intends to debut it tonight as the band resumes their world tour by headlining the first night of Nova Rock Festival, Nickelsdorf.
