Japan's coldrain are set to make their Century Media debut with OPTIMIZE next month, with the singles "Incomplete" and "Chasing Shadows" having been released thus far. Their latest effort is an intense one, as "Free Fall" has been achieved.
This song is more metalcore-influenced, with Masato using more harsh vocals than the previous two efforts, as well as some gang vocals to close the song out. It's a tightly-wound track with fire and fury, making for another energetic and kinetic banger. "Incomplete" set the table and "Chasing Shadows" delivered, but "Free Fall" pulled the tablecloth off without losing anything sitting upon it.
coldrain are going on tour in Europe and the UK later this year in celebration of the release of OPTIMIZE, with those dates as follows:
