Japanese alt-metal standouts coldrain have been on the comeback trail for the last year, leading to the OPTIMIZE EP that dropped in October. The band played their proprietary BLARE FEST in Nagoya back in February, and they have since shared a clip of their set.

As for the rest of 2026, coldrain will be touring their native Japan to celebrate 15 years of their The Enemy Inside album. This September, they will join Ice Nine Kills in supporting Electric Callboy on the Oceania leg of their TANZNEID World Tour. Dates for both of these tours are as follows:
