Thanks in no small part to the Shudder hit series The Boulet Brothers' Dragula: Search For The World's Next Drag Supermonster, alternative, weird drag has become more visible than ever before. As such, songs that wouldn't normally be anticipated to be lip-synched by gender-bending artists have gotten the stage treatment, though sometimes you gotta break out the classics, and one iconic performer did just that recently.
Cynthia Doll, who appeared on season five of Dragula, and is currently on the all-star spinoff Dragula: Titans, recently performed the all-timer that is Evanescence's "My Immortal" at a show in her hometown of Kansas City, MO, and the band version at that. Though the softer version may be better suited for a park and bark, Cynthia is not that kind of performer, bringing an energy and poise to the song while delivering a solid lip sync.
