Eighteen Visions, the low-key icons of the 2000s alt-metal scene, have been back on a win streak. After two commercially successful re-recordings of their first albums Obsession and Until The Ink Runs Out" following their 2017 reunion, they have been non-stop teasing new material and shows.
Hellwest, not to be confused with the French metal festival Hellfest, is a revival of Trustkill Records' original festival (of the same name) which mostly features metalcore, hardcore, and other related acts. This year's Hellwest will be the California spinoff. The pre-show will feature Eighteen Visions with support from bands, Azshara, Watch You Fall, Khasm, Evelyn, and Left Hand Path.
Festival tickets are not required to go to the festival pre-show on February 19th, with the main show running on the 20th and 21st. Here's hoping Eighteen Visions play some songs from Vanity for what is soon to be the record's 25 year anniversary.
Tickets for the Hellwest pre-show and Hell-west festival can be found on the festival website.
