Kid Bookie Goes Full Throttle with Griffin Taylor on New Track “Get Out”

Vended's frontman joins Kid Bookie for an aggressive anarcho-capitalist anthem.

South East London’s grime artist-turned rap-rocker Kid Bookie has unveiled the official music video for his latest single, “Get Out,” featuring a guest appearance by Griffin Taylor, singer of the up-and-coming Des Moines metal outfit, Vended.

This collaboration marks Griffin Taylor’s first time working with Kid Bookie, further strengthening the UK artist’s creative ties with the Taylor family—having previously teamed up with Griffin’s father, Corey Taylor, vocalist of Slipknot and Stone Sour.

From its opening moments, “Get Out” teases with a sound that could be mistaken for something off a BackWordz record. That is until the track erupts into a barrage of face melting growls that trade anarcho-capitalist lyrical, miracle, spiritual ramblings for raw emotional intensity. Add a bit of Taylor’s firepower to Bookie’s fearless fusion of styles, and you’ve got yourself an electrifying track worth adding to your Break Stuff playlist.
