The modern road to WrestleMania brings the release of the latest video game done by 2K, and this year's installment WWE 2K26 is set to release soon. The deluxe editions grant early access on March 6th, while the wide release comes one week later on March 13th. As part of yesterday's Ratings Reveal special, the soundtrack for the game has been unveiled, and as has been tradition since the OG SmackDown! vs RAW days, there is a fair amount of representation for the nu world.
On the subject of the 2004 installment, Powerman 5000's "When Worlds Collide" is on this year's soundtrack, over two decades since its original inclusion. As for newer nu, Linkin Park's "Two Faced" and Ho99o9's "Upside Down" feature among a diverse roster, which also sees artists such as BLACKPINK's Jennie and party animal Andrew W.K. among the ranks.
Last year's soundtrack saw a slew of nu, including Electric Callboy, Poppy, BABYMETAL, and Spiritbox. Several of these artists also saw theme song features on WWE premium live events (PLEs), including Poppy's "new way out" for last year's Elimination Chamber. This year, of course, features the BNYX remix of "Bodies" by Offset, JID, and Drowning Pool.
