System Of A Down guitarist/vocalist Daron Malakian is entering his (voice) acting era. The musician has secured multiple roles in an upcoming episode of the Adult Swim animated series 'Royal Crackers'. Catch his appearance in the episode titled 'Bidai', airing this Friday, March 29th (technically at 12:00 am Thursday). He will be portraying the characters King Omar, Prince Omar, and King Omar Senior.
The most-watched new Adult Swim series of 2023, ‘Royal Crackers’ revolves around a dysfunctional family behind a failing snack empire. Check out a sneak peek of Malakian’s performance below:

Additionally, Malakian will be reviving his Scars On Broadway band for two live shows later this year, including as support for Korn’s 30th anniversary show alongside Evanescence, Gojira Spiritbox, and Vended. Fans can also catch him on stage with System Of A Down at the 'Sick New World' fest on April 27th, held at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds in Las Vegas, NV.
