The Slipknot shitshow continues, as TMZ has published another report regarding Slipknot DJ/keyboardist Sid Wilson being let go from the Iowa metal titans.
In said report published this afternoon, it is alleged that Wilson's attitude and behavior towards his bandmates is the prevailing reason for his firing. A source close to the band has implied that "his bandmates had been ready to pull the plug for quite some time."
TMZ's report goes on to say that the band were set to announce Wilson's departure this week, but when TMZ does what TMZ does and breaks the story, things got away from the band, leading to responses from guitarist Jim Root and Stacy Thomson, wife of Root's co-guitarist Mick Thomson.
As reported earlier today, Wilson was spotted outside of a recording studio on Sunday, and ignored questioning regarding just what the hell happened when asked by reporters. On his Instagram, he even launched his own merch store, seemingly unfazed by the weekend's events.
At the risk of sounding like a scratched and/or broken record, this is a developing story, and by the looks of things since Friday's initial breaking, things are only going to get uglier from here.
Point thine antennas towards Hell, in other words.
