Long-dormant Chicago band “No One” unexpectedly released their only studio album onto streaming platforms last week, on February 6th, 2024, and now appears to be working on something new.
No One was originally released on August 14th, 2001 on Immortal Records, produced by Johnny K, who also worked with fellow Chicago bands Disturbed and SOiL. The band was on the front lines of nu metal history, joining the 2001 Pledge of Allegiance tour with Slipknot and System of a Down.
The band made a post to their official Facebook page announcing that vocalist Murk and drummer Billy K would be taking part in a live chat on Friday, February 16th at 7:30 pm Central Time to discuss the re-release, as well as the possible release of a second album, with previously unreleased music the band wrote together.
