Early Nu England standard-bearers Staind are set to headline 'CPR Fest 22' early this May. The event will be held at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi, MS on May 9th, and is being organized by local rock radio station 97.9 CPR. Joining them on the bill are early nu-metal compatriots Nonpoint, metal/R&B crossover band Sleep Theory, Pennsylvania nu-adjacent acts From Ashes to New and Zero 9:36, and Canadian rocker Royale Lynn.
Staind will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of their breakthrough album Break the Cycle, which went multi-platinum shortly after release and catapulted the band's moody breed of alt-metal into the rock radio mainstream.
Tickets for the festival go on sale this Friday.
