A turbulent era for the beloved 'Knot seems to be leveling out. After member disputes, a lawsuit, and the departure of long-time drummer Jay Weinberg, Slipknot are formally back in action with well received shows at Sick New World and Welcome to Rockville coming on the heels of a warm up gig at a small California desert venue, plus the official hiring of former Sepultura (Brazil mentioned) drummer Eloy Casagrande. Today, via the band's X account, fans were treated to a close up look at the new maks, some familiar (Mick's is pretty locked in at this point), some changed (Corey's spiderwebbed take on the s/t era mask) and some new (Eloy's zipped lips).

Slipknot's self-titled 25th anniversary tour kicks off in August.
