Part one of Coachella is in the books, as this weekend saw the music festival rock the titular valley in Indio, CA. During Sunday’s performances, Megan Thee Stallion brought her grand spectacle to the stage with a full set that, among many other iconic moments including bringing Queen Latifah to the stage, ended up getting cut off after the Houston hottie went over her allotted time.
The good Queen Latifah wasn’t the only guest appearance during Megan’s set, as Courtney LaPlante of Spiritbox took to the stage for her part in “TYG” from Megan: Act II, released late last year. The ongoing collaboration and friendship between the two goes back to the rock remix of Cobra, and amid a malfunctioning microphone and a rising platform, Megan introduced the Spiritbox vocalist with much energy.
