In an Instagram post to her 6.4M followers, nu-pop princess Maggie Lindemann has announced the highly anticipated follow-up to her 2022 debut album SUCKERPUNCH.
Titled HEADSPLIT, the eight track EP is set to include previously released songs "Hostage" and Siiickbrain collaboration "Deprecating" and six new tracks with guest appearances from singer Alexis Munroe and alt-rapper Jasiah.
The striking cover features Lindemann strapped into the iconic Saw contraption, the reverse bear trap. As on-the-nose as the imagery may be, it certainly provides a suitably dramatic illustration for the equally evocative and distressing title.
Releasing under her own label Swixxzaudio, HEADSPLIT will be available on March 8th, 2024. Stay tuned to the NMA for our review!
