Metalocalypse, the Adult Swim animated series that has historically had a somewhat fraught relationship with nu-metal, has a feature-length film coming out August 22nd titled Metalocalypse: Army of the Doomstar, and Evanescence frontwoman Amy Lee has teased her role in the film on X (formerly Twitter):

Whether she’ll get the same treatment in the film as the criminally underrated Get Thee Hence remains to be seen, but we wish her (and her character) the best.
